Main Responsibilities as a Governance, Risk and Compliance ManagernCultivating a robust culture of risk awareness and management.nCrafting, executing, and upholding technology risk management strategies tailored to financial services.nExcelling in internal and external stakeholder relations.nSteering and supervising the clarity, management, and reporting of our client’s technology risk profile.nSpearheading the advancement of risk and compliance management in tandem with technological advancements, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and company standards.nSetting the tone by fostering a culture of control that optimises risk reduction while meeting the needs of the business and its clientele.

Experience & Skills RequirednProficient in risk management principles for cloud computing, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, along with contingency and disaster recovery planning.nExperienced in cloud computing adoption programs, with robust internal and external governance skills, particularly in regulatory and risk management contexts.nSkilled in agile project management, adept at leading cross-functional teams, defining project scope, and crafting project plans.nStrategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans for organisational cloud initiatives and roadmaps.nExcellent communicator, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences, facilitating meetings, and building relationships.nStrong leadership experience, motivating teams toward project goals, providing guidance and mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
