Description
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:
Process A/P invoices through MediusFlow
Raising Weekly BACS, individual bank payments and International pymts
Posting bank movement in G/L, daily and monthly bank rec
Agree Interco balances with Ico Partners each month:
Issue Customer Statements & confirm Vendor Statement balances
Process and reconcile Staff Expenses (Company credit card & cash) through Concur and BC
Post Batch Sales Invoices
Raise & post sundry Sales Invoices and Ico rechargesProfile
A successful Accounts Assistant-AP should have:
Experience of Intercompany transactions
Experience of Multi Currency A/P, A/R, banking.Experience in the following Systems/software an advantage
ERP Business Central / Navision
Medius Flow (A/P Invoice Scanning & processing )
