Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working with a large social housing contractor who are recruiting for a full-time Floor Layer on their Voids and Response maintenance programme covering the Diss and Ipswich areas, possible into Norfolk.
Day rate of £200 per day CIS
PAYE or Umbrella options also available.
Full driving license required.
Key objectives of role:
You will carry out works such as Polysafe, cape and cove flooring in bathroom and wet rooms in local authority domestic properties both void and occupied as part of a local authority refurbishment programme.
- To ensure the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with the scheduling teams.
This is a mobile engineer role covering housing association properties across the Ipswich and Norfolk / Suffolk border areas.
Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. Own vehicle required, mileage paid.
