We’re looking for a charismatic, ambitious, and results-oriented German Supply Chain Planner to support the wider Operations Team in coordinating supply chain activities and optimising efficiency, all while maintaining the high service levels demanded by the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily order management to ensure all deadlines and service levels are met consistently.
Conduct weekly order reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Manage month-end processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory reconciliation.
Report on packaging waste for the DACH region, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submissions.
Monitor stock levels at risk and flag issues to relevant stakeholders while tracking the effectiveness of action plans.
Liaise with key retailers and stakeholders on queries relating to orders and invoices.
Confirm retailer deliveries on SAP.
Track inbound shipments, key metrics, and service level KPIs.
Create a robust supply plan over a three-month horizon
Skills & Experience:
Relevant experience in a supply chain role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
Fluency in German is required.
Proficiency in MS 365 Suite; knowledge of PowerBI/SAP is a plus.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, with a positive and flexible attitude.
Ability to solve problems efficiently using initiative.
