You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning, will writing, and the probate process, ensuring their peace of mind during sensitive times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills, managing probate applications, and administering estates.
- Providing tailored advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law.
