What's involved?
As the Catering Manager you will use your management skills to organise and lead the catering function to the highest standard, developing solid relations with your team and external vendors. You will use your people skills to effectively manage the team of 6 staff on site and ensure a smooth service.
Your previous experience with stock & budget management will be essential to this role, as well as knowledge of HSE & COSHH legislation.
