Fabulous opportunity for an experienced Building Planner
Location:
London, site-based a short walk from a Central Line tube station.
Project:
* New build luxury family home
* Build cost: circa £60m
* Currently at the fit-out stage
Planner's Key Responsibilities:
* Master Programme Management: The Planner will be expected to develop, monitor, and update the master programme, breaking down packages based on requirements and deliverables.
* Progress Tracking: The Planner will feed in progress data and compare it against baseline information to track project performance.
* Change Control: Implement and manage change control processes, updating the master programme as necessary.
* Client Interaction: Attend client meetings to understand expectations, gather information, and ensure clear communication.
* Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Director, site management teams, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Communication: THe Planner will maintain clear lines of communication with all interested parties, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ideal Planners Profile:
* Experience: Extensive experience in programming internal fit-out packages.
* Contract Knowledge: Good understanding of traditional forms of contract.
* Site Management: Well-rounded experience in site management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct and contribute effectively in client meetings.
* Project Delivery: Proven track record of ensuring project delivery on-time, on-budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Planner will need to understand a large residential fit out programme
