Job title: Estimating Administrator
Location: Preston
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join an established construction company who have been operating for over 60 years. They are respected throughout the industry, take pride in the quality of the projects they deliver and due to their continued success and growth they are now looking for an Estimator to join their team in Preston.
They work across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage & Leisure with projects valued anywhere between £500k - £15m, both new build and refurbishment.
The role - Estimating Administrator
As an Estimating Administrator you will be based in the head office in Preston and will report into the Estimator & Senior Estimator and will be responsible for assisting in all estimating duties for their projects across Lancashire.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the preconstruction and estimating teams
Assist with tender quality submissions ensuring all questions are answered
Attend social value events and contractor meetings
General company compliance
General administrative duties
Required experience as an Estimating Administrator?
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Work well within a team
Good attention to detail
