The Role


Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, focusing on social media and digital communication channels. Understand the client's needs, objectives, and goals related to social media and digital marketing campaigns. Provide strategic guidance on social media trends and best practices to ensure client satisfaction.


Create comprehensive social media marketing strategies tailored to each client's objectives and goals. Working with clients to set measurable goals and KPIs for social media campaigns.


Oversee the delivery of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging networks. Monitor and analyse social media campaign performance using a range of analytics tools. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and the client's feedback. Utilise social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and engagement.


Prepare regular reports on social media campaign performance and ROI using tools like GA4 (Google Analytics 4). Present insights and recommendations to the clients based on social media data. Use social media analytics and SEO data to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments.


Skills and Experience


  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, tools, and strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in digital contexts
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Khoros
  • Proficiency with social media advertising tools on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to content and social media marketing
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple social media projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising and targeting principles.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices as they relate to social media.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and engagement.
