£35,379 per annumnHours:

35 hours per week, Mon to Fri (Flexible and agile working) + flexibility to work an occasional evening or weekend (on average once per month)nDuration:

12-month Fixed Term Contract until the end of June 2025nAnnual Leave:

30 days per annum + 8 bank holidays + 2 gifted days (40 days in total)nPerks:

Your mission as the Community Development Manager:nLead a Dedicated Team:

Manage two Community Development Officers.nDrive Community Development:

Implement sustainable solutions to enhance community well-being, ensuring activities are customer-led and co-produced.nCollaborate and Innovate:

Work with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery and expand community projects.nMaximise Funding Impact:

Secure income from contracts and grants to support initiatives and effectively use Community Benefits.nEmpower Residents:

Develop and empower community members, helping them overcome barriers to involvement, volunteering, and employment.

What you will bringnDemonstrable experience in customer involvement in social housing.nStrong experience in managing a team of colleagues and volunteers.nKnowledge and a strong understanding of the social housing sector in Wales.nKnowledge and an understanding of User user-centred service Design would be highly desirable.nProven ability to access funding and deliver externally funded programmes.nExcellent communication and project management skills.nCommitment to promoting equality, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring health and safety.nYou must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
