In this role, you will manage our organisation's security infrastructure, conduct vulnerability assessments, and develop cyber incident response plans. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and stay current with cybersecurity developments. This role offers a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies in a collaborative team environment within the manufacturing sector.

What you’ll be doing:nLeading investigations and providing technical expertise for all cybersecurity incidents.nActing as a subject matter expert and coordinating resolution activities among various stakeholders.nOffering an escalation path and supporting the development of team members through coaching and training.nLeading projects that positively impact the company, working with cross-functional teams to identify security risks, and developing mitigation strategies.nImplementing security controls and protocols across the organisation.nConducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses.nManaging relationships with third-party vendors to ensure they meet our security requirements.nCollaborating with the IT Infrastructure team, Applications Teams, and IT Helpdesk to ensure the provision and support of security for all IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and communications equipment.nWorking with the IT Leadership Team to establish security policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and regulations.

Additional Details:nThis role requires availability to support the business outside of regular business hours.nPrimarily based in Acorn House, Highbridge, with travel required to our manufacturing sites in Somerset and Devon.
