Machine Supervisor/operator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor/Machine Operator to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of their manufacturing processes while leading and motivating a team of fabric machine operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Set up and operate non- woven machines to produce high-quality fabric according to specifications.
Train and mentor machine operators, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a fabric machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
