AUCTION SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Battersea, SW18
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Auction Sales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate Agency in Battersea, SW18.
We are looking for a fabulous, multi-skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but some experience in the auctions and a desire to learn will also be considered.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales preferably within the auction sector.  You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Skills: The skills required for this Auction Sales Negotiator role will include:
Experience in Auction Residential Sales
Superb selling and negotiation skills
Thorough knowledge of the auction sales process
High level of customer service skills
An exemplary telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Battersea area helpful
Full UK Driving License essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
