Role: Children's Senior Residential Support Workers - EBD Home
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 4 week rolling rota, Contracted 152 hours per 4 weeks. Some flexibility can be offered with work days and sleeps.
Salary: £12.70 per hour and additional overtime sleeps paid at £105

The senior residential support worker will join a reputable children's home provider who have a beautiful children's home in Gloucester. The home is very settled with 3 young people at present.
With the support of an experienced and nurturing home manager you will be part of a friendly, happy team providing a family feel home to the young people.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will be supported in your own career development with lots of training. They are a growing company and want to invest in further developing your career towards management should you wish.
The Children’s Senior Residential Support Worker Role:
* You will become part of a successful team providing care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders.
* You are contracted to work 152 hours per 4 weeks, working shifts 8am to 10pm and you choose if you do sleep-in per week (10pm to 8am).
* They can offer some flexibility with your preference of days working and overtime is often available to pick up extra sleeps paid at £105
* Excellent prospects to further develop your career
* You will be joining a growing company focused on quality outcomes
The role of Senior Children's Residential Support Worker is a very rewarding one

* ESSENTIAL - to have completed at least 50% of the Level 3 or 4 children's residential qualification
* ESSENTIAL - Leadership skills gained working in a children's home as a children's support worker or children's senior support worker/team leader.
