Finance Assistant

You will be dealing with all aspects of payroll including but not limited to processing invoices, purchase orders and dealing with some aspects of HMRC notices, pay discrepancies and pensions.

Job Responsibilities
* Working alongside the Finance Manager to deliver an accurate support function to the business.
* You will support the processing of invoices
* Checking the invoices match the rates agreed with external agents
* Dealing with finance data and monitoring and inputting information
Preferred Skills:
* Hold a degree qualification or foundation equivalent in finance functions
* Have experience of working in a busy finance environment
* Understand the requirements and demands of meeting invoicing deadlines
* Experience of using payroll and finance systems
