As a result, they are actively seeking a Head of OD, Leadership and Talent to spearhead the development of robust people strategies within the organisation, and to extend this invaluable expertise to client businesses.
Reporting to the Private Equity Partners, you will lead the design and implementation of effective talent and organisational development initiatives to enhance performance, culture, and employee engagement across portfolio companies. You will develop and execute leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of high-potential talent and ensure effective succession planning. Additionally, you will oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, collaborating closely with senior leadership teams to assess organisational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change initiatives.
With experience of working within both larger and smaller organisations and of supporting PE backed businesses, you are an influential leader with strategic vision and hands-on experience in OD, Leadership and Talent. You have a proven track record of devising and implementing comprehensive people strategies encompassing talent and leadership development, culture change and organisation effectiveness. In essence, by leveraging your deep understanding of organisational dynamics you will serve as a trusted advisor, to ultimately drive sustainable growth and value creation.
