We have partnered with a leading contractor in the Civil Engineering industry that is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Utilities team in the South. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on significant projects and be part of a company known for its excellence and innovation in the field.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will initially manage two key projects located in West Hythe and the Isle of Wight. One of these projects has already broken ground, and both will require on-site presence so you must be comfortable to commute. With a robust pipeline and a solid order book, this role promises growth opportunities, including the potential to lead a team of junior Quantity Surveyors in the future.
About You:
Experienced: You are either an established Senior Quantity Surveyor in the utilities sector or a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up.
Specialised: You have experience working on large water utility projects, particularly those with self-delivery components.
Mobile: You are comfortable commuting to both West Hythe and the Isle of Wight, with hybrid working arrangements available.
Knowledgeable: You are proficient in NEC forms of contract.
Qualified: You hold a Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying.What's in It for You?
