Pension Audit and Assurance Manager
Location: (Hybrid/Remote Working Available-across multiple locations)

Key Responsibilities:
* Audit Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of pension audit and assurance clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of audit professionals, supporting their growth and ensuring effective project execution.
* Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Audit Planning and Execution: Plan, manage, and review audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of the business’s wider growth strategy, leveraging industry insights to identify opportunities for expansion.
Candidate Requirements:
* Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
* Extensive experience in pension audit and assurance, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
* Proven ability to manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing audit teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office packages.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
