The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the home's environment according to their vision and expertise. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people."
Responsibilities * Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 3 to 4-bedroom home. * Providing leadership and support to a dedicated team. * Ensuring regulatory compliance and upholding quality standards. * Creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. * Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Skills/Experience * Experience in a leadership role within a similar setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
Hours * Full-time
Package * Salary: £48,000 per annum with an additional £5,000 bonus * Development opportunities for professional growth * Employee Assistance Programme * Private healthcare contribution * 33 days annual leave * Birthday off and paid
