Our client are looking for a restoration technician to join their team based in Glasgow. They are market leaders in property damage restoration and will provide all the training and support needed for you to become a skilled Property Damage Restoration Technician. Main Duties;
Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Area Managers to include all domestic and commercial locations
Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required
Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders
Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings
Ensure ‘live time’ inputting of reports in line with quality procedures, ensuring ‘live jobs’ are updated on a weekly basis
What you need;
Building or property maintenance experience or any practical or DIY experience - ideal
Excellent customer service skills
Organisational skills
Willingness to learn
Have basic IT skills
Have a full clean UK driving licence – essential
