Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-skilled Trades Person based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Due to location, own transport will be essential.

Salary: Competitive
Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. With weekend working and on-call rota duties.

As the Multi-Skilled Trades Person your role will involve the following important duties:
* Painting and decorating properties both internally and externally.
* Basic plumbing includes fixing leaking taps, guttering and downpipes.
* Groundwork includes fixing and fitting fence panels, loose slabs and filling potholes.
* Changing door handles, skirting, and curtain tracks.
* Plastering, tiling and roofing.
* Candidates will also be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.

As a successful Multi-Skilled Trades Person, you will have the following:
* Previous experience within a similar environment is essential.
* Good communication skills and customer focussed.
* Flexible.
* Knowledge of working practices and procedures, especially Health and Safety.
* Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
