SMT Operator (Surface Mount Technology)
* £12.50 per hour depending on experience
* Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week

Our client based in Burnley has a reputation for innovation and they are a highly successful global player in their chosen industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Electrical Assemblers/Assemblers to join their busy team.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Solder paste printing,
* Ensuring correct setup and efficient running of the Europlacer “iineo” placement machines, in accordance with all procedures
* Running the line to the production plan, under own initiative and responsibility, sometimes without supervision.
* Ensuring cleanliness of working area
* Optimising rapid and frequent changeovers
* Kitting of feeders/new job setup
* Some Automate Optical Inspection (AOI) operation
About you
* Experience in SMT is required / Senior Electrical Assembly
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Office High attention to detail and accuracy
* High concentration levels
* Excellent level of dexterity
* Flexible and proactive approach
