This role is critical in supporting an ongoing cloud migration project, focusing on implementing a robust landing zone and optimizing the use of Azure Front Door. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, extensive knowledge of Azure components, and a solid track record of migrating workloads from on-premises to Azure environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize Azure landing zones to align with best practices, ensuring a scalable, secure, and compliant environment.
Configure and manage Azure Front Door for improved application performance, scalability, and security.
Lead and support the migration of workloads and applications from on-premises infrastructure to Azure, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design Azure infrastructure solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, migration processes, and landing zone setup.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize infrastructure performance to maintain service reliability and high availability.
Your Qualifications
Proven experience in Azure infrastructure management, with a focus on landing zones and Azure Front Door.
Strong hands-on experience in migrating on-premises environments to Azure, including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization.
Solid understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, Storage Accounts, and other core infrastructure components.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, or Terraform, is highly desirable.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Azure certifications (such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator) are a plus.
