The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architectural design, and close collaboration with business, engineering, and project stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Define, own, and deliver solution architecture artefacts , including sequence diagrams, integration and data flow designs, and security models. Translate business requirements and architectural strategies into actionable technical designs . Design and oversee data models and integration flows across multiple systems, ensuring alignment with data governance standards. Partner with stakeholders across business, engineering, and project management to ensure architectural alignment and delivery feasibility. Operate within established architecture and data standards , balancing innovation with security, scalability, and maintainability. Contribute to architecture governance , ensuring design compliance and proper documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Solution Architect operating across large, complex system landscapes. Strong knowledge of integration design , including both event-driven and API-based architectures. Hands-on experience with custom-built, web-based applications and cloud-native design patterns. Proficiency in AWS (architecture, deployment, and best practices). Experience with relational databases and data modelling. Demonstrated ability to create pragmatic, secure, and scalable solutions that align with enterprise standards. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Oil and Gas industry experience is highly desirable. Preferred Attributes Deep understanding of data architecture , security, and governance principles. Ability to guide technical teams and bridge communication between business and technology . Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solution delivery.
