Position SummarynThe Senior Manager, International Project Management will oversee and drive growth initiative projects from strategy through execution. He/she will be the project management expert to spearhead efficient process and workflow with cross-functional partners based in London, New York and California. This individual will have the 360° view of all work to identify end-to-end processes and efficiencies to deliver on business objectives. On top of the growth initiatives, this person will manage a complex warehouse relocation project in the UK.
Responsibilitiesn· Oversee and manage growth initiative projects from inception to execution. Track progress and escalate issues when necessary.n· Create project timelines and interdependencies to help the team deliver each project with excellence. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the interconnected pieces of work.n· Establish schedule and meeting cadence for key initiatives with cross functional teams (sales, visual merchandising, marketing, operations and creative) to drive execution, approval process and collaboration.n· Keep the team accountable on key deadlines and deliverables.n· Manage a comprehensive project plan for the warehouse relocation, managing all aspects of stock movement, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring minimal disruption to services during the transition.n· Conduct an analysis of current workload for the team. Based on the analysis, establish and apply new process(es) and associated timelines to ensure appropriate lead times to meet expected deliverables.n· Improve processes to streamline workflows, improve clarity and communication and reduce complexity.n· Take on multiple projects simultaneously.n· Foster healthy relationships with team leads across all functions.
Requirementsn· Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones (London, New York and California teams)n· Communicate effectively the objectives of projects and partner with internal departments such as sales, marketing, visual merchandising, regulatory and operationsn· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgements against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mindn· Proven experience managing cross functional projects from start to finishn· Ability to anticipate team workload and establish schedules/ timelines/workflow to meet project deadlinesn· Complete understanding of company process to build time and action schedule from concept to project completionn· Familiarity with supply chain processes and a keen understanding of customer demand and service levels to ensure an effective balance between stock movement and maintaining high service standards during the warehouse relocation project.n· Ability to work people in various disciplines: marketing, sales, operationsn· Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)n· Knowledge of excel, experience in Wrike is a plusn· Strong strategy, process, and tactical skills: Big-picture thinking with a willingness to be hands-onn· Understand project goals and requirements, technical constraints, budget and schedulen· BA preferredn· 7-8 years of project management experience
