About the role: 
We have an exciting opportunity for an AR Billing Administrator to join our billing and credit team. 
As an AR BIlling Administrator you will report directly into the billing and credit team leader, and will be supporting with the administration of the day-to-day billing transactional processes across multiple credit groups, ensuring compliance with Cadent policies and controls associated with a billing ledger and assisting in achieving key targets & control measurements that drive performances and improve process inefficiencies. 
This role would be well suited to an individual who is analytically minded, and who has prior experience in billing and credit transactional processes and disputes. 
What you'll get to work on: Administer billing ledgers, in respect of:
Sales order and invoice creation across all customer credit groups.
Billing disputes.
Billing enquiries.
Adhoc requests, including management of mailboxes.
Investigating incoming payments to allocate against an invoice.
Actioning reports.
Other additional adhoc tasks that are requested by management. In addition to the above you will also: 
Deal with invoice and payment queries to provide resolution to internal and external parties and to escalate complex enquiries where required.
Support to achieve high volume billing transactions in order to achieve set targets/KPIs and deadlines, including accuracy and attention to detail.
Receive, process, collate and provide routine systemised information to / from customers and internal parties
Operate office systems and equipment, process documents and maintain accurate departmental information that is kept private and confidential at all times Who are we looking for:
