18 Week Support is seeking a Nurse Advisor with specialised expertise in Oral & Maxillofacial to join our dynamic team.


In this role, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to make a lasting impact in healthcare, advancing both your career and the quality of patient care.


What You'll Do:


  • Clinical Expertise: Provide expert advice in Oral & Maxillofacial, guiding both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
  • Service Development: Shape service specifications, improve patient pathways, and contribute to staffing models, with a strong focus on Vascular care for nurses, nursing associates, and HCAs.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with our sales team to manage oral & maxillofacial contracts, assist with tenders, and contribute to new business growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead the development of audits for oral & maxillofacial services and support the creation and implementation of policies.
  • Innovation & Growth: Drive service improvements and foster innovative developments within your specialty.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Engage in quarterly Senior Practitioner Forums and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
