Responsibilities:nHands-on experience with Salesforce Industries DataRaptor, Salesforce Industries Cards, OmniScript, Salesforce Industries DX, Salesforce Industries Integration Procedures, Salesforce Industries CPQ, Salesforce Industries OM/OM+.nJudges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.nDesigns and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com.nDirect involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.nWorks directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.nProvides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.nConducts business with the utmost professionalism including:nFulfils commitments consistently on-time and proactively escalates commitments that are in jeopardy.nResponds promptly to requests and never allows queries to fall into a "black hole."nAttends meetings on time, always. .nFamiliar with project management fundamentals and fulfilling the project management role on projects..nProvides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.nServes as Salesforce Industries subject matter expert.nConfident and willing to challenge a customer and guide the customer towards the appropriate solution for their needs and push back if a customer is asking for solutions that aren't in their best interest.nAbility to guide customer towards creative uses of standard cloud software functionality to meet business requirements instead of simply relying on custom code solutions.nTravels to client site as required.nGenerates timely status reports, time tracking, and expense reports.nFunctioning as leader within the organization and industry. Examples may include subject matter expert, Community leader, Silver Lining lead, speaker at industry events.nParticipates actively in Discussions, building a reputation as a go-to resource for the toughest problems. Contributes to the wiki, contributes to the Asset Libraries, Cloud Management Center, sponsors new employees, and presents Cool Code at Lunch and/or Continuing Ed sessions.nProvides presales support as requested.nAchieve published company utilization targets.nBrings project experience with packaged software or custom development implementations.nBrings experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.), or Messaging and Collaboration software.nOversee technical decisions and activities of Wipro project teams including dividing up work, assigning to team members, and monitoring for quality.nUnderstand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitationsnAbility to split time between many projects at oncenIdentify when business requirements conflict with technical capabilitiesnProvide constructive feedback to project teamsnMonitor technical deliverables for consistent quality as well as compliance with Wipro standardsnPartner with project managers to monitor project status and risk areasnPerform the most advanced design and development tasks

Education and Required Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related fieldnHands on experience as technical leadership positionnSome Salesforce Industries experience or Salesforce Industries certification(s)nGood Salesforce development experiencenGood experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.nSalesforce Industries architecture experiencenExcellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-board discussion with customers, or delivering a technical presentation.nBusiness operations and process experience in Communication SectornMust be able to direct and drive development teamnAgile Methodology / SCRUM FrameworknSalesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications highly preferrednOne or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, TA, etc)nHad to spent at least a year as Technical Architect in different projects.nSalesforce Industries Platform Developer/Consultant certificationnSalesforce Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQnSalesforce Industries OM certification and Salesforce Industries Certified Industry Developer II are highly preferred.
