Private Client Solicitor
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a full range of private client matters and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, ensuring all client needs are met with discretion and sensitivity.
Conduct client meetings and maintain clear, professional communication throughout all stages of the legal process.
Draft, review, and execute legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and practice, applying this knowledge proactively to benefit clients and the firm.
A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in private client law.
Demonstrable experience handling a comprehensive range of private client services.
Proficient in drafting legal documents with a keen eye for detail.
