Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small cluster of residential homes in the St. Helens area. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide leadership and support to care professionals, promoting a nurturing and therapeutic environment for residents.
Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of care and support services.

Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification (England) or equivalent.

Proficiency in IT and a valid UK driver's license.Desirable Qualities:
Qualification or working towards Care Services Leadership and Management.
