Trade Cover Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Gloucester. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction sector, we are dedicated to finding top-tier talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage residential decarbonisation projects, including energy efficiency upgrades and whole house retrofitting.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
* Implement health, safety, and environmental protocols on site, adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and report progress to stakeholders.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
* In-depth knowledge of residential decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and whole house retrofit techniques.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Clean driving licence.
* Minimum of SSTS or SMSTS
