We are currently recruiting passionate individuals for the role of HighLevel Teaching Assistant across our primary schools in Romsey. 
Position: High Level Teaching Assistant (TA) 
Location: Romsey 
Salary Scale: £12.82 - £15.50 per Hour 
Contract Type: Full-time 
Key Responsibilities: 
Teaching assistant supporting class teacher and covering lessons during PPA time.
Collaborating closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities. 
Providing targeted one-on-one or small group support to students as directed. 
Assisting in preparing engaging learning materials to enhance lesson effectiveness. 
Fostering positive relationships with students to support their social and emotional development. 
Implementing behavior support strategies in alignment with school policies to maintain a positive learning environment. 
Requirements: 
Previous experience in a similar primary school role as a High Level Teaching Assistant is advantageous but not essential. 
Demonstrated genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment. 
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff for student success.

Have the right to work in the UK. 
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
