Locum Peripatetic Social Worker - UASC Team
Are you passionate about shaping the future of social work and making a tangible difference in the lives of children? South Wales local authority is seeking a skilled Social Worker to take on a dual role, supporting both our Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) Team and driving Practice Improvement in Intake and Assessment.
Flexible Hybrid Position: Commit to 3 days a week, with a minimum of 1 day in the office.
Dual Impact: Lead and manage a dedicated team of 5 UASC practitioners, while also enhancing practice standards within Intake & Assessment.
Career Development: Play a pivotal role in supporting career progression from Newly Qualified Social Workers to Senior Social Workers, shaping the next generation of leaders.
