Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Approval Process: Ensure seamless weekly approval processes for all staff and uniform-related expenses, maintaining strict compliance and accuracy in financial transactions.
Audit and Procurement: Conduct thorough audits and manage procurement processes, from raising purchase orders to validating their issuance, ensuring meticulous adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.
Expenditure Management: Analyse and optimise expenditure across critical spending areas, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and operational requirements to maximize cost-efficiency and financial health.

Qualified Accountant: Hold a professional qualification such as ACA (ICAEW), ACCA, FCCA, or CIMA certification, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in accounting principles and practices.

Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel and financial systems, with a proven ability to analyse data effectively.
