Our client is looking for a pro active, positive and dynamic Finishing Manager to help drive their 28 unit residential project to a finish. The right candidate will likely come from a trade background and be well versed in all second fix trades with a strong appreciation of quality to ensure high standards throughout.
This will be a busy job with a possibility of Saturday working and a need for full commitment. The management team is small so the job will be suit somebody able to take a deal of responsibility for solving problems and driving great communication across subbies and the management team.
There is a possibility of a continuation of work if the contract goes well as the business has a respectable pipeline of work ahead
