Early Years Practitioner

Role Overview:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. You will implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop through play-based activities. Working collaboratively with a team of educators and parents, you will ensure each child's individual needs are met and their progress is monitored effectively.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a range of activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Monitoring and recording children's progress, maintaining accurate developmental records.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a cohesive learning environment.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting, implementing the EYFS framework.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing exceptional care.
A deep understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
