Data Integration Officer, 12-Month Contract Children's Charity, Central London Salary: £39,000

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Data Integration Officer to join a world-renowned Children's Charity in Central London on a 12-month contract. This role supports the charity's mission by ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance through effective data integration.

Role Overview This position involves working with Salesforce as the charity's CRM solution, used for managing data related to fundraisers, volunteers, events, and donations. The charity is implementing Boomi as its middleware solution, and the Data Integration Officer will play a key role in ensuring the success of this project.

As part of a small team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration processes that connect different business systems. This involves collaborating with Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and supporting the Database Officers and QA Tester with testing within the Boomi platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between business systems.
  • Collaborate with Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data integration solutions.
  • Support the testing of integration processes within the Boomi platform.
  • Manage and import bulk data into Salesforce using middleware solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data manipulation and administration.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience in managing and importing bulk data.
  • Experience in data integration into Salesforce using middleware solutions.
  • Strong technical skillset, particularly in data manipulation and administration.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to deliver value and improvements on an ongoing basis.
  • Understanding of large software implementation projects.
  • Experience in the charity sector is welcome, but not essential.

Additional Information

  • This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days per week in the office.
