Estate Block Management
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estate Block Management to join their dynamic team. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the estate management services.
You will be the key point of contact for various queries and will support senior staff in ensuring strategies are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering email queries concerning estates matters, service charge queries, etc.
Sending out reminders and liaising with contractors for works
Reviewing end-of-month inspections and managing identified works
Regular meetings with the manager to discuss major works
Attending meetings with clients, including AGMs
Preparing and releasing S20 Notices and year-end accounts
Mail merging letters to clients
Answering phone calls and dealing with queries in a friendly manner
Managing electronic and manual filing systems
Maintaining a clean and organized desk and office spaceEssential Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
Ability to read and interpret leases
Familiarity with Section 20 major works and its consultation process
Knowledge of the Fire Safety Act 2021 and FSER 2022 (training can be provided)
Experience in issuing demands for ground rent and service charges
Competence in handling Leaseholder queries and understanding FRAs, FDIS, and EWS1 forms
Understanding of year-end accounts and associated timelines
Basic estate management skills and a collaborative mindset to work with senior staffWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM (flexibility required for occasional evening meetings)
