Are you a passionate and committed Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher seeking an excellent opportunity in Chorley? Spencer Clarke is looking for an EYFS Teacher to join our team and collaborate with a dynamic and supportive primary school renowned for its inclusive and nurturing environment. This school prides itself on fostering a love of learning, encouraging creativity, and ensuring every child feels valued and supported. The role is full-time for the entire academic year, starting in September 2024. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and offer competitive pay between £120 and £250 per day.
Role and Responsibilities:
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Monitoring individual progress and providing constructive feedback to support students' growth.
Employing a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Promoting a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience or a strong interest in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Adaptable, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
