Account's Payable Supervisor responsibilities:
Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable processes
Manage a team of purchase ledger administrators to deliver expected levels of performance
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Be responsible for processing Lease invoices, Council taxes and reconciling utility accounts
Communicate with vendors and reject incorrect invoices and get them reissued.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Liaise with external auditors and manage auditing process
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentProfile
A successful Account's Payable Supervisor should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Demonstrable experience in a supervisory role within the Accounts Payable function
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Self-starter, team player, dedicated and committed

Account's Payable Supervisor:
Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum
30 days holiday (including Bank Holiday allowance) increasing up to 35 days with service
