We’re seeking a Category Manager to join our team and take ownership of category management and sourcing, optimising total cost of ownership while driving value across our business. About the Role Strategically manage category spending and supply sourcing in line with value management strategies and demand profiles. Develop and implement demand and category strategies, working closely with internal customers to understand requirements, volumes, and specifications. Support the full sourcing lifecycle, delivering commercial activities that create value and minimise total cost of ownership. Drive cost reduction through standardisation, demand aggregation, tail spend reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Category experience in engineering, construction, engineering, asset purchase and hire Knowledge of procurement law would be desirable. A proactive, “can-do” approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
