Job Description:
As an EMI-MEC Setter Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will report directly to the Production & Expediting Manager and will be responsible for setting and operating EMI-MEC machinery. Your tasks will include following production instructions from the planning department and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate EMI-MEC machinery as per production instructions.
* Collaborate with the planning department to ensure timely and accurate production.
* Frequently interact with warehouse and quality personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
* Identify and question any instructions that appear incorrect and raise concerns with the Production & Expediting Manager.
* Maintain a high standard of quality and safety in all operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an EMI-MEC Setter Operator or in a similar role.
* Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with various departments.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Flexibility to adapt to temp-to-perm or permanent employment arrangements based on experience and performance.
