Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Kit Cutter to join their high-performing production team.The RoleReporting to the Laminating Supervisor, the Kit Cutter will work as part of a small, dedicated team using a Zund cutting machine to produce material kits for the laminating department. Key responsibilities include: Cutting materials to order using the Zund machine, following design specifications. Transferring design templates from the internal computer system to the Zund machine. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. Completing all job paperwork accurately and on time. Liaising with the Kit Cutting and Laminating Supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Performing routine checks and reporting any machine faults immediately. Skills & Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate will have: Previous cutting or laminating experience. Knowledge of working with Carbon Composites would be preferred Experience using a CNC router machine (cutting plastics, foam, or wood). Strong computer literacy and ability to work with job files and templates. A flexible, adaptable approach to changing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
