to lead this effort. As our UK business grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a broader regional management role with cross-functional responsibility.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Sales Director, UKnLocation:
Working from home, with travel as needed.nReporting
to Deputy CEO and Chief Business Officer, located in Europe.
Key roles and responsibilities:nContract new business clients in the UK – primarily travel insurance and travel assistance companies, as well as potentially other players in the the travel ecosystem.nSupport activation of these business clients (i.e. usage of the Air Doctor platform, by travel insurance policyholders once the B2B contracts have been signed), in cooperation with Air Doctor’s account management and marketing functions.nCooperate with other company functions to develop budgets and go to market strategies.
Desired candidate profile:nEntrepreneurial, self-driven and independent.nSenior individual contributor or manager.nProven ability to lead a B2B sales process and close contracts.nAble to quickly learn key aspects of the Air Doctor value proposition (customer service benefits and financial benefits) and of the implementation pathway (high-level IT integration and business process design) and to convey them to clients in a consultative sales process.nAble to work collaboratively in an international organization.nAny of the below will be considered a plus:n-Experience in the travel insurance industry or in the P&C insurance industry,n-Experience in selling software or services to the insurance industry.
