Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a leading award winning law firm who are seeking an experience Immigration Paralegal to join their City Centre office. The role is fully office based and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Duties and tasks will include:
Draft and review legal documents
Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information
Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies
Research and review immigration laws and regulations
Organize case files and maintain the firm's case management system
Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intakeCandidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
2 years' experience working in immigration law either as a Paralegal or NQ, ideally with experience in both personal and business immigration related matters
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software such as LexisNexis or Westlaw
Have a passion for immigration law
Willing to be office based
