Flexible Shift -£20.00 per hour
CNC Machinist required to work for a busy specialist manufacturing business based in Uxbridge. As part of the CNC Production Team to fabricate parts using conventional and CNC machines for a range of industries.
This role will be based on a flexible shift, 4 days per week, setting and operating CNC turning machines as well as conventional turning, drilling to manufacture high quality components.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for manufacturing all components within the agreed timescales,
Responsible for setting and operating Sliding head CNC turning machines,
Responsible for using a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components after manufacture
Responsible for maintaining the agreed quality rating at all times,
Responsible for making sure that manufactured product is suitably protected for transit,
Responsible for working in the order of the manufacturing plan at all times,
Responsible for making sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly,
Additional info
Hours; Day shift, flexible hours - candidates must do 9.25 hours per day between 6.00am-6.00pm
Rate/Salary: £20.00 per hour
