Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of our client's software environment. You will be responsible for designing scalable and high-performing solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that meet business objectives, scalability requirements, and integration needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other software systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to maximize system efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and emerging trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting Salesforce solutions that involve custom development, integrations, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) preferred but not required.
