An innovative biopharmaceutical company is seeking a EU Medical Affairs Director to lead its neurology portfolio through upcoming product launches across Europe. This is a fully remote position , offering strategic oversight and team leadership within a fast-growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead medical strategy and launch readiness for neurology products across EU markets. Manage and develop a regional team of MSLs and Medical Managers. Drive scientific engagement, data generation, and evidence dissemination. Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Clinical, and Market Access teams. Profile: Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 10+ years in Medical Affairs . Expertise in neurology or neurodegenerative diseases . Proven record of working on pre-launch products Team leadership experience. Fluent English; additional EU languages an advantage. Offer: Remote, European role.
