Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher looking for a new opportunity? Our schools in Harlow are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team immediately.
About the Role:
As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in your specialist languages, fostering a love for language learning amongst our students. You will engage and inspire pupils of all abilities, helping them to develop their language skills and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in your specialist languages, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider success of the MFL department and school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
- Fluent in at least one foreign language, with strong proficiency in French, German, or Spanish preferred.
- Experience teaching MFL at Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach to Key Stage 5 desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
