PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION : Property ManagerLOCATION : Commutable from Beverley , Willerby , Cottingham , Hull , Barton , BroughSALARY: Starting at £30kTHE ROLE : Due to their continued growth our client are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy team. The role not only comes with responsibility for managing the existing portfolio of residential properties but also includes the growth of the department by increasing the market share, listing new properties and creating great relationships with landlords and tenants. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Residential Lettings Agent / Estate Agent / Property Manager or similar role is required.The working hours are 9-5 Mon to Fri + alternate Sats 9-12 ( an afternoon off is given in Lieu)Candidates must have a driving licence with access to a vehicle. Free parking is available.RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Helping to expand the existing portfolio of clientsBuilding relationships with clients and tenants to ensure all enquiries are dealt with regarding any aspect of the property/tenancyListing properties to let and providing advice to landlordsBooking and attending property viewingsContent creation for social mediaCreating and processing tenancy agreements & renewalsManaging the move in/move out process including deposit taking and returnsCarrying out periodic inspectionsArranging maintenance and repairsEnsuring tenants and landlords are kept updated, regarding repair works, at all timesIssuing notices when necessaryDealing with general letting, management and maintenance administrationTo find out more about the Property Manager role please contact Steve Ball on the number provided.PROPERTY MANAGER LETTINGS RESIDENTIAL LETTING AGENT ESTATE AGENT
